Hello,

I'm Jacqueline Bell, GG, a Graduate Gemologist and lifelong gemstone and mineral enthusiast.

Since earning my Graduate Gemologist diploma from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) in 2008, I've remained dedicated to the study, identification, and appreciation of natural gemstones.

Laptop Gemologist

I founded Laptop Gemologist, an independent consulting service specializing in diamond sourcing, gemstone sourcing, and professional gemological guidance.

TrueID Gems

In addition to Laptop Gemologist, TrueID Gems is the gemological side of my work, offering professionally examined and verified gemstones for sale.

I personally examine and identify each gemstone before it is offered through the TrueID Gems collection. Each gemstone is accompanied by a professionally prepared Gem ID, providing the buyer with a record of the gemstone's identification and key gemological characteristics.

My goal is to offer beautiful, accurately identified gemstones with the confidence that comes from knowing exactly what you're buying.

A Lifelong Love of Gemstones

Whether I'm examining a gemstone, studying a mineral specimen, or learning more about the fascinating world of gems, I am continually drawn to what makes each stone unique.

My work brings together my passion for gemology, gemstone identification, and the natural beauty of minerals and gemstones.

My goal is simple: to share my knowledge, provide accurate information, and help others appreciate the remarkable world of gemstones and minerals.
